Training Co-ordinator
37.5 hours per week
Starting salary – £26,000 per annum
Holidays – 28 days including bank holidays plus Christmas shut down
Duties to include:
Answering incoming calls.
Assisting with the analysis of clients training requirements.
Preparing and forwarding training quotes in a timely manner.
Scheduling training sessions for clients and booking the relevant trainers.
Booking candidates onto training programmes and recording client bookings onto the database.
Sending course joining instructions to candidates/companies.
Sending reminders for open courses a week before candidates are due to arrive.
Setting up the training rooms and tidy the training rooms when courses are finished.
Re-stocking refreshments and washing mugs and glasses ready for the next course.
Sending email reminders for course renewals (3-year cycle).
Email monthly upcoming courses email shot at the beginning of each month, plus course promotions.
Meeting and greeting customers on course dates and showing them to the relevant training room.
Maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
Collating and analysing training feedback to assist with wider training evaluation, and coordinate changes where needed.
Monitoring and updating spreadsheets with learners’ details upon course completion.
Contacting dormant companies and potentially booking sales visits for the Director.
Contacting prospective companies and potentially booking sales visits for the Director.
Helping to prepare training materials and ordering exams and books if required.
Helping to claim certificates using the awarding body portals.
Helping to promote Training 365 through social media (primarily LinkedIn)
Assisting with wider administrative tasks and other tasks as necessary
Person specification:
Strong communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Adaptable
Flexible approach to working hours
Ability to work using own initiative
Ability to prioritise time, tasks and attention effectively in a pressured environment
Essential experience:
Experience in an administrative role
Competent in MS office programmes such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Desirable:
Previous knowledge and experience of working in the training/education sector
